This is one of the first commits in a plan to remove all `using namespace std;` lines in the entire codebase as it is considered anti-pattern today.

Actually moved sound to "Windows64" so commit 9691561 works
...
Copy sound folder in "Durango" to "Windows64" rather than to media since it looks like that folder is mainly for the DLC content
